AmKleen 55

A concentrated, all purpose water soluble cleaner/degreaserdesigned to be effective on a variety of surfaces. AmKleen 55 dissolves greases, oils and other hard to remove soils instantaneously. AmKleen 55 is utilized to clean the following:

• Floors, Walls

• Machinery

• Painted Surfaces

• Metallic and Non-metallic Surfaces

Can be used as is or cut back up to 20:1 with water. 

 

Antistat

is a mild alkaline liquid wipe designed to remove any light soils and reduce any static charge from a hard surface. Antistat contains a cationic charge which neutralizes any surface static thus helping to maintain a clean surface over a longer period of time. The attraction of dust and other soils is dramatically reduced. Antistat is typically utilized in the lighting maintenance industry for lighting fixtures, etc. Use Antistat undiluted.

 

Buff 235

A heavy viscosity liquid alkaline cleaner utilized as a burnishing compound in vibratory deburring equipment. The product is designed to clean as well as burnish and brighten all parts. Only a small amount is needed as Buff 235 is a very concentrated compound. Buff 235 provides the right cushion between the parts being deburred (burnished) and the media (ceramic, steel, etc.).

Buff 235 can be diluted up to 100:1 with water.

 

Castor Oil (grade C)

A USDA approved, highly refined food grade oil utilized in the meat packing and food industry to lubricate trolley rollers and other equipment which requires lubrication. Its highly slippery characteristics provide near frictionless movement thus increasing production, reducing wear and tear, and increasing ease of handling. Due to its purity level, high solids content and lack of evaporation, Castor Oil (grade C) lasts much longer than other lubricating products.

Use as supplied.

 

Compound 2006

A a water soluble, synthetic rust inhibitor designed to provide long term indoor rust protection for ferrous metal parts. Special additives increase protection with non-dimentionality. In other words, the protective characteristics are undetectable on the final parts. This non-tacky surface eliminates the attraction of dust and other soils if exposed parts sit in an open environment. Packaging is also much cleaner due to a dry, oil free part. It is normally utilized at a 10 to 20 percent concentration with water.

 

Compound A-99

is a mildly acidic based burnishing compound designed for non-ferrous metal parts. It can be used in a vibratory deburring unit or other automated cleaning equipment. Compound A-99 is an excellent degreaser as well as a mild brightener. Special inhibitors maintain anti-oxidant characteristics, especially between dis-similar metals parts being cleaned in the same bath.  

It can be used undiluted or cut back to 40:1 with water.

 

Compound AP-357-SS

An activated alkaline spray cleaner/degreasor for steel and other ferrous metal surfaces. Compound AP-357-SS is formulated to remove heavy soils including grease, oil, rust and various carbon, paints and varnishes. This product is utilized in the automotive rebuilding, railroad, industrial manufacturing, plating, food, equipment rebuilding and chemical milling industries. Compound AP-357-SS is not compatible with zinc, tin, aluminum or galvanized aluminum. Compound AP-357-SS contains proprietary activators and biodegradable non-ionic surfactants to emulsify the toughest soils. Hard water salts are solubilized to allow for excellent penetration and to eliminate redeposition of soils. Special inhibitors provide long bath life, consistent cleaning and a residue free surface following rinsing.  Compound AP-357-SS is made up at 2-8 ounces per gallon and utilized at up to 200 degrees F.

 

Compound AP-557-SS

is similar to Compound AP-357-SS and is used in the same manner. However, Compound AP-557-SS is more concentrated and slightly more aggressive. Compound AP- 557-SS is also less foaming than Compound AP-357-SS.

 

Compound AP-60

is an activated alkaline cleaner/degreasor in dip tank operations for steel and other ferrous metal surfaces. Compound AP-60 is formulated to remove heavy soils including grease, oil, rust and various carbon, paints and varnishes. This product is utilized in the automotive rebuilding, railroad, industrial manufacturing, plating, food, equipment rebuilding and chemical milling industries. Compound AP-60 is not compatible with zinc, tin, aluminum or galvanized aluminum. Compound AP-60 is also USDA approved for food processing applications such as the cleaning of meat hooks and food processing vessels. Compound AP-60 is used at 2-8 ounces per gallon at temperatures up to 200 degrees F.

 

Compound CZY-30-A

is a very high alkaline detergent used to clean or remove heavy soils such as grease, oil, carbon and paint from ferrous metal parts. Compound CZY-30-A is great for purging out production cleaning equipment such as hot dip tanks and spray tanks. Water controlling agents help to penetrate heavily soiled surfaces for fast clean-up. Compound CZY-30-A can be used undiluted or utilized down to a 10% make-up with water depending upon the severity of soils being removed.

 

Compound MC-1300

is a liquid solvent blend designed to be used as a cold metal parts cleaner. Compound MC-1300 is a heavy duty degreaser, de-carbonizer and paint stripper for engine components and other industrial metal parts. An inhibitor package designed into this product reduce or completely eliminate metal attack, even on soft metals. Compound MC-1300 has no flash point to boiling and maintains a water seal that retards evaporation of the active ingredients. Compound MC-1300 is used undiluted at room temperature only.

 

Compound N-2362

is an activated alkaline cleaner for aluminum and other nonferrous metal surfaces. Compound N-2362 is formulated to remove heavy soils including grease, oil, various carbon, paints and varnishes for the chemical milling industry, as well as the industrial and equipment rebuilding marketplace. The chemical milling industry utilizes Compound N-2362 to clean and degrease non-ferrous metal surfaces such as aluminum, copper, and brass. Compound N-2362 leaves a residue free surface and activates the metal surface for following applications such as the lamination of dry film photoresist. The industrial cleaning marketplace utilizes Compound N-2362 as a hot dip tank or spray tank non-ferrous metal cleaner.  Compound N-2362 is used at 2-8 ounces per gallon at temperatures up to 160 degrees F.

 

Compound RF-44

is an extremely heavy-duty, high alkaline powdered detergent designed to purge out production cleaning equipment such as hot dip tanks or spray tanks. Compound RF-44 was formulated to remove baked on carbon, scale and other soils from ferrous and stainless steel surfaces. Labor intensive cleaning is greatly reduced. After clean-out, production cleaning equipment performs much more efficiently due to the elimination of cleaning barriers.

Use at 2 to 8 ounces per gallon up to 200 °F. 

 

Compound S-3200

is a thickened paint, glue and adhesive remover for all metal surfaces. It will hang onto any horizontal or vertical surface without excessive run-off. Compound S-3200 is typically used as a production paint or adhesive stripper for automated industrial paint lines and for maintenance clean up of light or heavy industrial parts and equipment. Inhibitors eliminate any metal attack on hard or soft surfaces. Compound S-3200 provides a good bonding surface for further processing of the cleaned surface. Use undiluted as supplied.

 

Compound S-3250

is the same paint and adhesive stripper as Compound S- 3200, however, it is not thickened and typically utilized in a dipping operation.

 

Compound S-7508

is an environmentally safe glue, tape, ink and paint remover designed for the industrial marketplace. Formulated as a methylene chloride (CFC) replacement, Compound S-7508 works well in stripping most coatings for industrial and equipment rebuilding applications. Compound S-7508 utilizes a safe, yet penetrating formulation which will not attack metallic surfaces. It should not be used in conjunction with P.V.C. as it may cause swelling and the loss of plasticizers.

Use undiluted as supplied.

 

Compound U-350

is a mild all purpose cleaner which is utilized when rinsing becomes difficult. Typical applications include cleaning parabolic lighting equipment within the lighting maintenance industry. Compound U-350 is formulated with components which evaporate without leaving any residues or streaking, and absorb relatively large percentages of most soils without redepostion back onto the cleaned surface.

 

Concentrate 50

is a concentrated, water soluble cleaner/degreasor designed to be effective on a variety of surfaces. Concentrate 50 dissolves greases, oils and other hard to remove soils instantaneously. Concentrate 50 is USDA approved for use in food processing facilities. Other uses include the cleaning of:

• Floors and Walls

• Machinery

• Painted Surfaces

• Metallic and non-metallic surfaces

• Special activators and penetrants solubilize surface contaminates and reduce the chance of soil redeposition.

Can be used undiluted or up to 50:1 with water. 

 

Concentrate 50-R

is a concentrated, water soluble cleaner/degreasor similar to Concentrate 50, however, Concentrate 50-R is higher alkaline to remove tougher soils. For example, Concentrate 50-R will remove vulcanized rubber tire marks from concrete floors. Other applications are similar to Concentrate 50.

Can be used undiluted or up to 50:1 with water.

 

Concentrate 50-B

is a remarkable cleaning compound designed specifically for the lighting maintenance industry. Concentrate 50-B is formulated to clean: Reflector portion of recessed fixtures

 

Electrisol 140

s a di-electric parts cleaner and degreaser. Electrisol 140 is an excellent cleaner for electric motors and related equipment where utilizing water as a cleaner or rinse is unacceptable. It is utilized very heavily in the transportation industry such as in bus and train maintenance departments. Electrisol 140 is also used in the heavy and light equipment rebuilding marketplace. Electrisol 140 penetrates the soiled surface quickly to provide a clean part and evaporates relatively quickly to insure a, dry part.  Use Electrisol 140 undiluted as supplied. 

 

Equipment Cleaner ADC

is a liquid alkaline formulation designed to remove organic and inorganic contamination from production cleaning equipment. Equipment Cleaner ADC is very similar to Compound RF-44, however, Equipment Cleaner ADC is designed as a liquid as opposed to a powder.

Use Equipment Cleaner ADC at a 10%-20% make-up with water.

 

Floor Cleaner

is a pine scented, high alkaline powdered detergent for removing heavy grease, oil, tire marks and numerous other soils from concrete floors. Using protective clothing, Floor Cleaner can be sprinkled by hand over the surface to be cleaned and then mopped or brushed with water. This method provides some grit to aid in the scrubbing process. Floor Cleaner can also be pre-dissolved in water and then applied to the surface. Floor Cleaner is great for transmission and automotive rebuilding facilities where indoor automobile traffic is heavy.

Use Floor Cleaner at 2 to 8 ounces per gallon of water or sprinkle over the surface.

• With Concentrate 50-B, productivity can be increased up to 100%.

Maintenance personnel will be amazed at how easy the wiping cloth slides over a cleaned surface. Concentrate 50- B will provide a "streak free" fixture. Use undiluted or up to 50:1 with water.

 

Descaler 156

is an acidic detergent formulated to remove rust and scale deposits as well as light oils from a variety of surfaces. Descaler 156 is activated to remove heavy lime build-up from heat exchangers for better heat stability and flow characteristics. This compound will also remove surface discoloration (i.e.. weld and heat treat marks) from steel and stainless steel.

Use undiluted or up to 20:1 with water.

 

Dri-Rite 110

is an exceptional solvent cleaner in that it combines quick drying with non-flammability. Composed mostly of OSHA nonhazardous actives, Dri-Rite 110 also achieves complete Rule 66 and Clean Air Act compliance.  Dri-Rite 110 can be used on any metal surface without attack.

Glass Brite

is a concentrated glass cleaner which leaves the surface clean and streak free.

 

Graffiti Remover #2

is a concentrated liquid paint and graffiti remover for ferrous metal, concrete and other surfaces. Graffiti 3 generally works on porous and non-porous areas. Penetrants and thickeners allow Graffiti 2 to hang on and purge soils off of horizontal as well as vertical surfaces. Always check Graffiti 2 on a small representative area of the surface to be cleaned to insure no attack occurs.

Use Graffiti 3 undiluted as supplied.

 

MasterKleen 2020

is a heavy duty degreaser utilized for numerous applications. It will remove heavy grease, oil, carbonaceous soils and road salts from vehicles and engine component parts and assemblies. When all other products fail, try utilizing MasterKleen 2020.

 

Mechanics Hand Soap

is a powdered hand soap which removes heavy grease, oil and other soils. The gritty texture of Mechanics Hand Soap helps to remove tenacious soils which have been in place for an extended period of time.

 

Rustproofer 161

is a solvent based rust inhibitor designed to provide long term indoor protection of ferrous metal surfaces. An invisible film is deposited on the surface which is practically non-dimensional. Any operation or assemblies which follow the application of Rustproofer 161 will not be affected. Rustproofer 161 provides both a physical and chemical protective barrier to the metallic surface and can be left on the part after assembly, providing slight lubricity. Use undiluted as supplied.

 

Rustproofer 168

is similar to Rustproofer 168, however, it contains a higher solids content for better indoor protection against corrosive environments. Rustproofer 168 also contains additives which help to displace water if the treated surfaces are moist prior to application.

Solvent 150 

is a non-flammable safety solvent designed for maximum grease, oil and soil removal without leaving any residues. Safety Solvent 150 has high dielectric properties for cleaning electric motors and other electrical components. Due to its complete evaporation, Safety Solvent 150 can be sprayed directly into an electric motor for cleaning (without dis- assembly) as part of a preventative maintenance program. Use undiluted as supplied.

 

Solvent 125

is a heavy duty liquid solvent emulsion cleaner designed to remove grease, oil and carbonaceous material from metallic surfaces. Solvent 125 can be used undiluted or mixed with other solvent or water soluble cleaners for a boost in cleaning ability, speed and efficiency. Solvent 125 can be added to AmerChem's hot tank cleaners for additional cleaning of tenacious soils.

 

Solvent 808

is an all purpose industrial cleaning solvent used in recirculating parts washers and in dip tanks. Solvent 808 is utilized in the automotive rebuilding and maintenance industry. Use undiluted as supplied.

 

Stainless Steel Cleaner

is an acidic detergent formulated to remove rust and scale deposits, as well as light oils and fingerprints from stainless steel surfaces. Stainless Steel Cleaner utilizes organic acids, inhibitors and surfactants to penetrate heavily soiled surfaces. It is non-etching and extremely fast acting. Special additives increase the bath life and provide consistent cleaning. Use undiluted as supplied.

 

SynCut 2000

is a synthetic coolant and cutting fluid designed for grinding and light machining. With SynCut 2000, machine speeds can be increased up to 100%. The superior lubricity and heat transfer capability increases tool life and reduces overheating. This translates into lower production and using costs. SynCut 2000 contains a polymer which coheres to all metallic surfaces and is corrosion resistant. It is biodegradable and water soluble for metal working applications including drilling, grinding, milling, tapping and turning. SynCut 2000 is not an emulsion and cannot turn rancid like ordinary coolants. It contains no oils and is non-flammable.

Can be diluted from 10:1 up to 40:1 with water. 

 

SynCut 4000

is a heavy duty synthetic coolant and cutting fluid designed for heavy machining on steel or aluminum where increased lubricity is required. SynCut 4000 performs especially well on hard to work metallic surfaces, such as aluminum where scraps tend to stick and gouge. SynCut 4000 is biodegradable and water soluble for metal working applications including drilling, grinding, milling, tapping and turning. SynCut 4000 is not an emulsion and cannot turn rancid like ordinary coolants. It contains no oils and is non-flammable. Can be diluted from 10:1 up to 40:1 with water.

 

Zelodyne 650

is a mild acidic solution designed to prevent tarnish and oxidation of copper and copper alloys in numerous metal working applications. Special additives eliminate galvanic corrosion which occurs between dis-similar metals that are worked within the same solution or chemical bath. Applications include cleaning operations and grinding or cutting machines. Zelodyne 650 forms a strong polymeric complex on the copper surface. This organometallic layer provides both a mechanical and electromechanical barrier against corrosive attack. Zelodyne 650 exhibits substantial thermal and oxidative stability for long term protection. Use at 1 to 5% solution diluted with water.

 

Zelodyne 750

is a thin, dense final coating designed to prevent tarnish and oxidation of copper and copper alloys. This invisible corrosion barrier protects the metallic surface during storage and subsequent operations. Zelodyne 750 forms a strong polymeric complex on the copper surface. This organometallic layer provides both a mechanical and electromechanical barrier against corrosive attack. Zelodyne 750 exhibits substantial thermal and oxidative stability for long term protection.
